There is something to appreciate about faith, peace and love, all traits of the author that you don't often see in people today. Her beliefs, her words, her story brings great hope to my heart and my world. There is so much negativity that leaves the world a dark and gloomy place, but Phyllis Reid encourages, sunshine and rainbows, a world I thought existed only in my head alone. A true hope for our future, a true hope for our children, a dream come true... the powerful message that is "One Diverse Universe".

Powerful Positive Message - Amazon

ByRose A Powell "Rose A. Powell"
As I prepared myself to read this book, I was under the assumption that it was "just a children's book", but as I began reading, I realized that this book was backed by a powerful message that would speak volumes about the author and it would relate to people of all walks of life. A message about a group of friends "brothers and sisters", that share their world, and their view of how its all relative, while enjoying a day out at the park, you learn that these children are full of faith and love, and have come to share their strong moral values by empowering another group who could benefit from their beliefs and positivity. The book brings everything of the world together and puts unity into focus. One Diverse Universe is an amazing read, with beautiful, colorful and vivid images and graphics, that appeal to the senses and imagination. The Puzzle that isn't complete without each individual unique piece, we come together, problem solving, analytic thinking, imagination, inspiration, beauty and faith, this book has a wide combination of positive aspects that anyone reading it can walk away feeling at peace. Moral of the story: "Accept, respect, spread peace and love..." and "the answer is one, oneness; we are all one, one God, one universe, one world, one family of man." Very enjoyable read.

Premise of One Diverse Universe
|
|
|
Our children are like vaults in which we store the precious virtues of family, race, culture, country, and the hopes and dreams of humankind for our world tomorrow Children live what they learn from their worlds everywhere around them.
One Diverse Universe offers from the tapestry of life woven in the universe around them, concepts of peace, unity, harmony and diversity to give wings to their minds. These concepts are tools they will need to navigate and thrive in their world tomorrow. The mission is to stimulate their minds and empower them as they grow forward. As parents, grand parents, relatives, teachers, mentors, nurturers and communities, it is incumbent upon us to pass on to children the knowledge and treasured goodness in people regardless of race, color, religion or nationality. Let us reshape and transform their minds to become what we deem missing in our world today. Let us teach them love instead of hate; trust instead of fear; unity, harmony and peace instead of separation, war and differences.
We owe them lifetimes of good. Let us give them One Diverse Universe with the hope of giving not just a book but a treasure trove of dreams of goodness, greatness, compassion, creativity and love to fill their lives and communities now and forever.
